Rates & Booking

Please contact us for a specific quote as rates may vary depending on actual dates, length of stay,

number of guests in your group, holidays, etc.

 

In some situations we may waive the “minimum stay” requirement or reduce rates to fill open dates on our calendar.


Damage deposit &

cleaning fee

$500 damage deposit is required and refunded within 30 days after checkout.

 

$325(This is our actual cost paid to the cleaning service.)


Payment policy

  •  50% of the Rental Rate is due at booking to reserve your dates.
  •  Balance of Rental Rate, Damage Deposit and Cleaning Fee are due 30 days prior to check-in

  • We accept payments via credit card, personal check, bank transfer or Paypal. 

          (Please note that a 3% processing fee will be assessed for payments by credit card)


Booking policy

  • Minimum Days: 5 day minimum required except in off-season
  • Maximum Occupancy: 14

  • Smoking: No smoking permitted in the house

  • Pets: Not allowed

  • Minimum Age Required: 30

  • Children: Permitted and welcome

Once you have received our rate proposal and you would like to reserve the Blue River Lodge, please email us your home mailing address and we will fill out a rental agreement and email it to you. 

 


If you elect to cancel your reservation, we will immediately re-post your dates as “open” on our calendar.  If we are able to re-let your dates we will refund you any amounts you had paid, less the difference in price paid by the backup rental.
